These terms cover your use of this website (https://faithforgeltd.co.uk), run by Faithforge Ltd. Using this site means you accept them. They don’t cover any separate written agreement we sign with you for an actual project — that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two overlap.

Use this site for its intended purpose — finding out about our work and getting in touch. Don’t try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, attempt to bypass the enquiry form’s spam checks, or submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or intended to deceive.

Information on this site

Content on this site — including case studies and descriptions of how we work — is provided for general information, in good faith, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, and nothing on this site is a quote or a contract. Any actual project is agreed separately, in writing, with its own fixed price and scope.

Intellectual property

The site’s design and text, and the Faithforge name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference; please don’t copy or reuse our branding or site design for another commercial purpose without asking us first.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we’ve built for clients (our case studies) or to third parties such as the Information Commissioner’s Office. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
