Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 September 2026.

This policy explains what personal data Faithforge Ltd collects through this website, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers the enquiry form on this site — we don’t run any other personal-data collection on the public site.

Who we are

Faithforge Ltd (company number 17388447), registered office 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Email info@faithforgeltd.co.uk with any question or request.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and free-text message you type into it. We don’t collect anything else about you through this site — no account, no payment details, no health or other special category data.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry details to reply to the enquiry you sent us. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest — responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not use your details for marketing, and we will not without asking for your separate consent first.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the enquiry form and this website. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

Processors who handle enquiry data on our behalf
ProcessorWhat they receiveWhy
BrevoYour name, email address, phone number and message, to send the two enquiry emails (to us, and a confirmation to you).EU-hosted (France), GDPR-native by default — chosen specifically to avoid a US processor handling personal data.

Cloudflare TurnstileBrowser and device signals used to produce a bot-likelihood score only.Checks a challenge token on our server; never receives your name, email, phone number or message.

Cookies and other tracking

We don’t currently run any analytics, advertising or error-monitoring tools on this site, so there is no cookie consent banner — nothing non-essential is loaded. If that changes (for example, if we later add frontend error monitoring), we’ll add the tool to the processor table above and update this policy first, and add a consent banner if the tool sets anything non-essential.

Where your data is stored

Your enquiry is stored in Google Cloud / Firestore, region-pinned to europe-west2 (London). We chose this UK/EU region deliberately, for the clearest data-residency story for a UK-registered company.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 12 months from the last activity on them, then delete them automatically. If your enquiry turns into a client relationship with us, we retain the records associated with that relationship separately, under our ordinary bookkeeping retention, outside the scope of this policy.

Payment data

Not applicable. We never collect, store or transmit payment card data anywhere on this site — there is nowhere on the public site to make a payment.

Your rights, and how to ask us to delete your data

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email info@faithforgeltd.co.uk and tell us what you’d like us to do. At our current size we don’t yet have a self-service way to delete your data — a person reads every request and deletes the matching record by hand, normally within a few working days. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect, why, or who we share it with, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
